★★★★★ Outstanding service – smooth, friendly, and professional I recently had my LDV in at CARWISE LDV Penrith for a major 90,000 km service, and the experience was genuinely outstanding—especially compared to what I’ve dealt with previously (I used to go to LDV Windsor before they stopped being a dealer). From the start, communication was excellent: clear reminders and helpful messages leading up to the booking. When I arrived, everything was ready to go and the counter staff were friendly, efficient, and easy to deal with. The loan car was already prepared, and after a quick licence check I was back on the road. A couple of hours later they called to let me know a fog light bulb had failed and asked if I wanted it replaced—no surprises, just good communication. Then about 30 minutes before the scheduled time, they called again to say the car was finished and I could collect it whenever it suited. Pickup was just as smooth. They had my paperwork ready straight away (I didn’t even have to say my name), explained the invoice clearly, and I was in and out in about five minutes. It’s a busy place with plenty of cars and customers, but they still manage to be friendly, efficient, and professional. Highly recommended.
