I just want to give a massive shout out to Kimberley and Ralph at Carwise Kingswood because these two have honestly been absolute legends to deal with! After owning my T60 for 8 years, making the move over to the Terron 9 was a pretty big deal for me, but they made the whole process so easy. Everything happened so quickly and smoothly, and I was really happy with how prompt everything was from start to finish. I did have a couple of little things with the extras and accessories I had added to the car that needed sorting, so I had to leave it with them overnight. There was nothing wrong with the car itself, it was just getting a few of the additional things sorted properly. What I really appreciated was how quickly they jumped onto it and got everything fixed. They even organised a loan car for me so I wasn't left without a car while they sorted it out. That's the kind of service I appreciate. Things can happen, but it's how you deal with them that makes the difference, and these two couldn't have been better. After 8 years in my T60, I'm now officially a Terron 9 girl 😂 and I couldn't be happier with it. Kimberley and Ralph, thank you both so much for all your help and for making the whole process so easy. You have both been bloody legends and I really appreciate everything you've done for me! ❤️ Would absolutely recommend these two to anyone looking at getting into an LDV.
